Terms of using Detox With Me.

Who we are

Detox With Me is made by CAB Labs LLC, a Florida company. These terms cover the Detox With Me mobile app and the website at detoxwith.me. By using either, you agree to them.

What the app is, and is not

The app is a companion for a detox protocol you have chosen. It organises the days, reminds you of the tasks, and lets you note how you feel. It is general wellness information and a checklist, not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The short intake at the start asks a few health questions and, for some answers, suggests you see a practitioner instead. That is a safety courtesy, not a medical assessment, and a clean intake does not mean a detox is right for you. If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or living with a medical condition, talk to your doctor before you begin. If you feel seriously unwell during a detox, stop and seek care.

Your account

• You need to be 18 or older to use the app.
• You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep your phone and those accounts secure; anything done from your signed-in app is treated as done by you.
• Give us accurate information, and only invite buddies whose email address you have permission to share.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Using the app and the site

• Use them for your own, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or republish the app's content or the site's articles, beyond quoting short passages with attribution.
• Do not try to break the app, access another person's account, or overload our services.

Products and links

The support-tools catalog lists supplements, foods, and products that fit each phase of a detox. Every item links to the maker's own product page, and some also link to Amazon. We do not sell any of these products, we do not make them, and we are not responsible for them. Check the label and speak to your practitioner before taking a supplement.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases made through the Amazon links in the catalog. The price you pay is the same. Links to a maker's own site are plain links; we hold no affiliate agreement with any product maker at the time of writing, and if that changes we will say so here.

Content and your data

The app's protocols, articles, and design belong to CAB Labs LLC or its licensors. Anything you enter into the app (your reflections, notes, and answers) remains yours; you give us permission to store and process it only so the app can work for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Buddies

If you invite a buddy, they will see your name, the phase you are in, and the day you started, and you will see theirs. Nothing else is shared between buddies. Deleting your account ends every buddy connection; if you want a single connection removed sooner, email us.

Disclaimers

The app and the site are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Wellness practices affect people differently, and we cannot promise any particular result. To the fullest extent the law allows, CAB Labs LLC is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the app, the site, or any product they link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not let us limit.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date below and, where they matter to you, noted in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
